The science behind the sound
The Acoustic Wave® music system II proves that a primary home stereo system needn't be complex or cumbersome. Acclaimed Bose waveguide speaker technology remains at the heart of the performance, providing powerful sound from small speakers.
Advanced Bose digital electronics fine-tune the sound for accurate music reproduction across a wide range of volume levels. Vocals sound lifelike. Instruments ring true. More nuances emerge. The overall effect is much like music in a natural, live-performance setting.
Added versatility
The Acoustic Wave® music system II plays regular and home-burned audio or MP3 CDs as well as FM/AM radio. There's a headphone jack for private listening, auxiliary inputs for your MP3 or other portable player and an easy-to-read display. System packages add even more musical options, from your smartphone, iPod, tablet and more.
Control and convenience
A convenient infrared remote lets you control your system from across the room. The Bose® link feature lets you easily connect your Acoustic Wave® music system II to a compatible Bose® Lifestyle® system for an expanded home entertainment network.
If you're travelling, bring the music with you. An optional travel case and power pack make it easy to enjoy your music at any outdoor gathering.

What different audio devices can I play through the Acoustic Wave® music system II with 5-CD changer?
The system itself plays FM/AM radio and CD/MP3 CDs. It can also play audio from most of today’s portable music devices. Its two AUX IN inputs accept the Wave® connect kit for your iPod® or iPhone®, MP3 and DVD/CD players, music phones and even older audio cassette players. A 3.5 mm-to-dual RCA male stereo cable (not included) is needed for these connections.
How many CDs/MP3 CDs can I load into the Acoustic Wave® music system II with 5-CD changer?
Six: five in the changer, and one in the system's own CD player.
Can I use headphones with the Acoustic Wave® music system II?
Yes. The Acoustic Wave® music system II comes with a headphone jack.
How many Wave® accessories can I connect to the Acoustic Wave® music system II with 5-CD changer at one time?
Two. You can connect The Bluetooth® music adapter and DAB Module via the system's Bose® link input. You may also plug either the Wave® connect kit or 5 CD changer into the AUX IN input, which also accepts non-Bose accessories such as an MP3 player, DVD player, etc. A 3.5 mm-to-dual RCA male stereo cable (not included) is needed. You may connect the Wave® connect kit for your iPod or iPhone, plus an additional non-Bose accessory (MP3 player, tablet, etc.) into the system's dual AUX IN inputs on the back of the changer. The changer itself plugs into the system's Bose® link input.
Is the Acoustic Wave® music system II compatible with Bose link?
Yes. The Acoustic Wave® music system III can be used as Bose Lifestyle® system expansion speakers via Bose link.
What is the Acoustic Wave® music system II warranty period?
The Acoustic Wave® music system II is backed by a limited two-year warranty.
