The Bose® Total Solution Approach
Addressing the needs of the customer - Bose will ascertain the needs of the specific location relating to business aims, building purpose and usage, ambience required, audio facilities e.g. paging and health and safety requirements.
Acoustic planning - using the Bose® MODELER® proprietary software, an accurate acoustic model of the space can be produced. This unique design tool is used to predict key sound parameters.
Auditioning - AUDITIONER® audio demonstrator technology is a U.S. patented software that is used along with a dedicated listening station to enable the designer, specifier or end-user to hear an accurate representation of the sound system solution. This can be done prior to any product installation into the real space and can reduce the possibility of the wrong solution being finally installed.
Project management - a dedicated Project Manager will prepare the contract and implementation schedule, manage compliance with statutory and local requirements, oversee staged delivery of equipment and ensure timely installation and commissioning.
Product portfolio - Bose will select the appropriate products from an extensive portfolio of loudspeakers, amplifiers, control equipment and other products and accessories to create total sound management solutions. These include background music systems for retail outlets, bars, restaurants and hotels; 'long throw' loudspeakers for stadia and arenas; weatherproof units for outdoor applications; portable systems and total sound management systems for large scale facilities which enable full paging, multi-source, multi-zone, multi-room and fire and evacuation functions.
Installation and commissioning - flexible installation programmes through a network of authorised installation partners accommodate specific requirements, whether solely for acoustic equipment or in association with the installation of video, lighting, paging and other equipment. Full commissioning follows quality control and functionality checks and includes precise measurement of performance and optimisation of system settings for its location.
After sales service - offers full operator training, service and maintenance contracts and installation upgrades through a network of authorised partners.
