Follow these steps to set up your Bose® system:

Connect the system components
Place the soundbar and Acoustimass® module where they will stay in your room
Connect the soundbar's attached two-connector cable to the corresponding jacks on the Acoustimass module. Hold the connectors with the Bose logos facing up for proper alignment
Connect one end of the power cable to the Acoustimass module and the other end to a power outlet
Connect external devices
Locate the audio output jack on your TV and connect a cable from it to the corresponding input on the soundbar
You can connect additional audio/video devices to the available inputs on your TV
