LED status indicator lights not working

If the status lights on your product do not glow or blink as expected, try the following:

If the LEDs are not working and the system will not turn on:

Update your system software.

Product updates keep your system working at its best. For more info, see Updating the software or firmware of your product.

Put the speaker into Ship mode, then allow it to charge for one hour.

  1. Put the speaker into Ship mode. For instructions, see Enabling or disabling Ship mode.
  2. Connect the speaker to power to exit Ship mode.
  3. Let the speaker charge for at least one hour.
  4. If the issue is resolved, check for and install any available product updates using a computer by going to btu.bose.com.

Reset your product.

Much like rebooting a smartphone, your product might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. For more info, see Resetting your product.
