Order tracking

Order information may not appear in the tracking system until the order has been dispatched. Please wait 24 hours after receiving your dispatch confirmation email to track your delivery.

Once you select Place Order at the end of the checkout process, we will confirm your transaction with an order number.

We recommend that you print and save a copy of this page for your records. An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

You can use the order number later to track the status of your delivery. Visit Track my order to check delivery status and other order details. Order information generally becomes available 24 hours after you place your order.

Because we strive to process orders quickly, there is only a brief period of time during which you may change or cancel an order. Please call us on 1-800-379-2073 and we will try to accommodate your request.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may refuse delivery and the order will be returned to Bose®. When we receive it, we will credit the payment method used to make the purchase.

To track any purchase you make on this website or with a customer service agent, enter your order number and billing postcode on the Track my order page. This takes you to the Order Details page where you can click the Track Shipment link to find your order’s delivery status. Order information generally becomes available 24 hours after you place the order.
