Cannot connect a Bluetooth® device

If you are unable to connect a Bluetooth device (i.e. a mobile phone or tablet) to your Bose product, try the following:

  • On your device, turn Bluetooth off and then on again
  • Delete your Bose product from the Bluetooth list on your device and connect again
  • Power cycle or reboot your device
  • Move your device closer to the headphones and away from any interference or obstructions
  • Try connecting your headphones to a different device
  • Clear the headphone pairing list by following these steps:

Power off the headphones

Press and hold the Power/Bluetooth button for ten seconds until you hear “Bluetooth device list cleared”

On your device, delete your Bose product from the Bluetooth list and connect again
