Heart rate drops out

If voice prompts are enabled, you should hear "heart rate detected" or "heart rate not detected" while in a fitness app or the Bose® Connect app. If your heart rate keeps dropping out, try these steps:

Make sure the left earbud fits securely in your ear. You may need to try a different size StayHear®+ Pulse tip

Clean the heart rate sensor on the left earbud

Close and relaunch the fitness app

Power the headphones off and then on
