Setting an Alarm
Your system has an alarm that can be set to alert you at a specified time. Learn how to turn on or off the alarm.
To set an alarm:
Tip: When an alarm is enabled, the alarm time displays in the upper-right of the system display.
- On the remote, press the Alarm Time button: The alarm time appears on the system display and flashes in the upper right
Tip: If no adjustments are made within 10 seconds, the system exits alarm setup - Press the Time – or Time + buttons to set the alarm time, or hold the buttons to scroll faster
- Pressthe Volume up or Volume down buttons to set an alarm volume
- Press the Alarm Time button to exit alarm setup
- The alarm cannot be set while listening to AM radio
- The alarm sounds through the system speakers, even if headphones are connected
Turning on or off the alarm:
On the remote control, press the Alarm On/Off button to toggle the alarm on or off. The alarm is on when the alarm time appears in the upper right of the system display.
To select an alarm sound:
- Play the AM or FM station you want to hear when the alarm sounds
- Set the volume to the level you want to hear when the alarm sounds
- Press and hold the Wake To button until the radio beeps.
