Updating the software or firmware of your product
Software and firmware updates improve product features and stability. Install any available updates to keep your product working at its best.
To update your product:
Note: A USB flash drive is required for this update.
- Power on your system
- On the back of the bass module, connect a USB flash drive to the port labelled Service or USB: After a few seconds, the bass module light turns green, might blink, then turns off.
If the light does not change after connecting the USB drive, remove and re-insert the drive. - When the light turns off, remove the USB drive
- On your computer, download the appropriate version of the Bose Updater program.

Check the firmware version of your product.
