Adjusting the tone controls on your product
You can use the audio equalization controls of your product to adjust the sound quality to your liking. Learn how to access the available EQ settings.
To adjust bass:
Note: This feature is available on products with software version 01.00.03 or later. If your product has not been updated, these steps will mute and unmute audio.
On the remote control, press and hold the Mute button for about 10 seconds:

- The descreased bass setting is enabled when the system mutes, plays three descending tones, flashes amber three times, then unmutes and glows solid amber
- The normal bass setting is enabled when the system mutes, plays three ascending tones, flashes green three times, then unmutes and glows solid green
