Intermittent or no audio from a source connected to a wireless transmitter

If you are experiencing intermittent or no audio from a source connected to a wireless transmitter, try the following:

Check the connection light to confirm whether the transmitter is connected to the system or not

The connection light is the closest to the MUTE button and should be solid blue. If the light is turned off, try pairing the transmitter to the channel again.

Try another channel

If you try another channel and it works, the issue could be with the channel and not with the transmitter.

Check the power light to make sure the transmitter is powered on

The wireless transmitter power light should be white, indicating that it's on.

Check the connection light to make sure the transmitter isn’t muted

When audio is muted, the connection light blinks blue. Press the MUTE button to unmute the wireless transmitter.

Move the transmitter closer to the system (within 20 ft or 6 m) and away from any interference or obstructions.

You may be experiencing interference and need to move closer to the system.

Check for and install any available product updates.

On a computer, visit btu.bose.com and follow the instructions to ensure your product has the latest features and enhancements. See Updating the software or firmware of your product.

Reset the Wireless Transmitter

Factory resetting a wireless transmitter clears all pairing information and returns it to original factory settings.

On the transmitter, press and hold the Power button  for 10 seconds until the power light turns off. Then try to power on the transmitter.
