Short battery life
If the battery charge level drains at a faster rate than expected, try the following:
Be sure the headset software is up to date.
Check the software version and update, if necessary

Check if the battery is charged.
Be sure the battery is not depleted. For more info see, Checking the remaining battery charge and Charging your headphones.
Be sure to power off the product when it's not in use.
To conserve battery power, be sure the power switch is in the Off position when the product is not in use.
Check if the battery is providing expecting operating time.
When fully charged, the battery typically provides about 4 hours of talk time and abouot 100 hours of standby time. The typical life span of the battery is about 500 charge cycles at more than 80% capacity.
