No power
If your product is connected to power but does not appear to be receiving power, try the following:
Check if the battery is securely connected.
If the battery is not connected corrected, it will not properly power the headset. For more info, see Replacing the battery in your product.
Check if the battery has charge.
If the rechargeable battery does not have enough charge, it will not power your product. For more info see, Checking the remaining battery charge.
Your product may need service.
If the steps provided do not resolve your issue, your product may need service. Follow the link below for more information on how to service your product. Depending on your product and region, you will be provided a contact number or the ability to setup service online.
