Headset will not turn off using the control module power switch

If you are unable to power off your headset by pressing the power button or toggle switch on the headset control module, try the following:

Press and briefly hold the Power button to power off your headset.

To power off your headset, press and hold the Power button the headset control module. It can take up to six seconds for your headset to power off. Avoid pressing the button more than once, which could cause the headset to power on again or power off more slowly.
