Software updates

On a computer, click the download button below to get the update file for your product

Download Download

Save the update file to a blank USB drive

Power off your product and unplug the power cable

Connect the USB drive to the SERVICE jack on the back of your product

Reconnect the power cable to your product to begin the update

Wait for the update to complete: While updating, the light on the front of your product will blink; once updated, the light will turn off

Disconnect the USB drive from your product.
